Clinical Trial Management

Coordinating the research study protocols is a crucial component to providing exceptional customer satisfaction. The Clinical Trial Division has key personnel dedicated to reviewing each study and delegating essential functions to fulfill the study requirements. A trained and experienced individual (Clinical Trial Coordinator) coordinates all aspects of service for each study and acts as a point person for all communications.

The Clinical Trial Coordinator facilitates the following steps:

  • Assembles the key personnel (Team) to review the research study. The Team will determine technical and system requirements of the study.
  • Prepare Timelines
  • Coordinates Shipments
  • Inventory Management
  • Prepares Specimen Collection Kits
  • Creates Custom protocol testing panels
  • Custom protocol panic ranges

  • Liaison with investigational site representative

Our Client Services Department consists of trained specialists prepared to serve our customers by answering questions regarding specimen requirements, specimen integrity and test results. Their main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
